Frank Haggar has
successfully completed the Electronic Transaction
Association's ETA LEVEL 1 and ETA LEVEL 2 training courses
for aquirers. He has written software that
has been certified by First Data Corporation to
process transactions in both real-time and batch formats.
Frank has been developing
commmercial software applications for over 20 years. He
developed "FormTool", the world's best
selling commercial forms software development package. FormTool
won the PC-World Magazine "Reader's
Choice" Award in the three consecutive years of 1990,
1991, and 1992. Frank has been developing e-commerce
solutions for the Internet since 1994, and has extensive
experience in all aspects of credit card processing.
The HCC team includes
people with experience in Windows NT/2000 and Unix systems.
Team members are Microsoft Certified. Frank Haggar
has been awarded Microsoft's prestegious "MVP"
(Most Valuable Professional) Award since 1994.
